A. This is up to you: you should choose the value of voucher that best suits the service or products that you offer. For example - it can be a package offer, as an illustration: Buy-One-Get-One-Free. Alternatively it could be a percentage discount. The choice is yours, it's your business and you know it best - the better the offer, the wider the appeal.

Q. What are the advantages of paying a subscription to be on the site?

A. The fee from businesses enables charities to join our website for free. It allows us to provide our website donation and fundraising service, plus related marketing support to all our listed charitable organisations for free. This means that charities receive 97.5p of every £1 donated.

A. The terms and conditions of the voucher are defined by you. We just need you to provide us with the full text of the terms you would propose to be published with the voucher on the website.

Q. How many promotions can I offer at once?
A. You can have as many promotions as you wish.

Q. How do I ensure that vouchers are not duplicated or re-used?
A. You will receive a list of all the vouchers offered to check off as they are redeemed.

Q. How do you support us in promoting our offers?
A. We will promote your offers via blogs and social media. We can also provide you with various promotional tools, both digital and traditional. Your Make a Donation account manager will get in touch to discuss your needs, once you have signed up.

Q. My business is based in multiple locations, how do we join?

Q. Can I help a particular charitable organisation through my promotion?
A. Yes, you can choose to be affiliated with a particular organisation on Make a Donation. This allows you to help promote that organisation by providing a direct link to their campaign from your page. Simply name the charity when registering with us, so that we can contact them to confirm they are willing to have this affiliation and that they will join Make a Donation if they are not already members. Charities have to be members. Your vouchers will be available to all donors.

Q. I want to help a charitable organisation that isn’t registered on Make a Donation - what can I do?
A. Please contact us with the charity’s details and we will be happy to discuss their requirements with them. Remember there is no cost to them - they can sign up for free and will receive all donations free of any charges and commissions.
