More about the charity

Offering indoor and outdoor museum galleries, woodland trail and picnic spots, playground and craft space plus on site Tearoom, the Dean Heritage Centre is set across a stunning, fully interactive five acre site. 

There is also a local History library which can be used to help with research for family trees, houses or a local area.

At the end of the carpark are the Chainsaw carvers, creating items for our trails or bespoke items to seel.

The Dean Heritage Centre protects and preserves the unique history and heritage of the Forest of Dean.
